Sounds like we're getting some traction here! So if y'all could go ahead and order up a week of out of season great riding weather for mid-Feb, I'd appreciate the warm welcome to your state   :bananarock:

Maybe this summer we could put together a small GTG?  I ride with a bunch of guys, none are CVO members here. We could try to build a local group, then as it gets larger we can go for a major event!

Y'all definitely have the scenery and roads to ride, so it shouldn't be too hard to get folks to come  out that way and take advantage of having some locals show them around.

Gotta love boards like this... when you can hook up with local folks before you even get to an area and find some cool folks to ride with.   :bananarock:

I haven't.   Wanted to head up the Pouder Canyon after hitting the Thunder Show in Loveland, but they had those two pavement / asphalt trucks wreck this summer so I didn't want to deal with all the clean up traffic b.s.   Hoping to hit it this next summer.

This one of my favorite local rides going up Pouder Canyon, done on Google Maps, they even have street view in a lot of remote places Ending at the Windjammer, but you can keep going around Carter lake and back to the south end of Loveland.

Jim, I'll probably be hearing down to Durango with some friends sometime this summer. Looking to do a loop to either New Mexico or Brice Canyon from there. I tried to start a contact list with local riders, if you want to send me a PM with phone and email, I can put together a list and send it to all on the list. This way we can let eachother know when we're riding and local poker runs, or events.

Craig, I know that you put a lot of effort into trying to get this off the ground before.  Good to see it finally coming together. :2vrolijk_21:

Nor Cal started in late 03 with just five or six of us and look what it's grown in to.  You guys have some of the best riding in the nation so I'd only expect it to grow once you have your first one or two little rides and post pics.  It's inevitable.

Just a note to say thanks for doing your part to make it happen. :2vrolijk_21:

Send me your info in a PM and I'll add you to the list. Not planning a GTG yet, wanting to get together for some rides and then we can talk about scheduling a gathering.
