Ultrabeef, My 09 service manuel sayes 100 to 120 INCH pounds. It also gives a sequence on page 4-34 paragraph 11 : tighten the top nut of the front cylinder head exhaust flange 9-18 INCH pounds, then tighten the bottom nut of the front cylinder head exhaust flange 100-120 inch lbs, then tighten the top nut to 100-120 INCH lbs.(I did mine to 100 INCH lbs with no leaks). The same thing for the rear cylinder. The flange locknut which attaches the header to the bike frame (a carriage bolt) 20-25 ft. lbs. Crossover pipe clamp 25-30 ft. lbs. The muffler brackets at the end of the mufflers call for 96-144 INCH pounds.(the ones below the saddlebags) The actual muffler clamps 38-43 ft lbs. The O2 sensor 30-44 ft. lbs. The O2 sensor threads get anti sieze. I also put it on the connection between the head pipe and mufflers because if you have to remove them they will come off easier. ( Just my opinion ) One bolt holds a clamp that hangs the crossover pipe behind the trans. I can't find the torque for that. However if you want to remove the bracket from the back of the trans that torque is 84-132 INCH lbs. I hope this helps. I am not an expert mechanic, but I have switched out a lot of pipes so if you have any questions feel free to PM me. Good Luck CAHDBIKER
