Again, thanks to all the warm "Welcomes"!  It's good to know that there is a big bunch of bay area CVO owners out there.  Also, sounds like there are lots of "thumbs ups" for Jim at Metal Dragon, so that will be a good relationship to start.

Looking forward to spending lots of money with all your help.

The heat issue on 2007 and newer engines derives primarily from the EPA requirements Harley needs to comply with. This meant the Installation of Narrow band O2 sensore in the exhaust that keep the bike running extremely lean and thus HOT up to 100 degrees hotter than the 2006 and earlier 88's

Go to http://tuneyourharley.com/ and read about the LC1 wideband O2 upgrade this will reduce your temperature and improve the performance of you engine.

The CVO 110 already is ported and polished and has Cams installed they will not effect the heat issue.

You need to restore the fuel ratios to 13.8:1 in place of the factory 14.7:1

It is explained in detail with Dyno results included

It is easily installed by the typical rider with common hand tools.

The dealer cannot share this information with you legally.

this will reduce the temp from 40 to 100 degrees
