Might be worthwhile to ask if they have a recommended service interval in either time or miles.
That is a good idea but I had not yet read your comment Don when I spoke to them today. But I will follow up and ask.
Courtney gave me a RA to send the shocks back (she said send both so they could inspect even the 'good one' - I had planned to do this in any case). Told me that if the shock itself was defective they would replace it even though it is almost three years old. But if it is not a 'defect' but I guess worn part, bad seal, etc., then there will be a charge. They will have to advise after inspection - no 'flat fee' to rebuild, etc.
So I'll get them off tonight and UPS them on their way to Rapid City tomorrow.
