Sorry Howie I don't have a Drag book here.  Know for a fact that Baker units and many parts are in the Drag book though.

I'm unable to find one in the DS Fat Book on the Baker either. Did find one on the Andrews but 30T is the only one offered that I would consider.

Thanks Jeff! I don't believe Andrews makes a 31T, only Baker. And it's not in the '09 Fat Book online. Anyone have a DS P/N for a Baker 31T Trans Pulley for '06+up Cruise Drive Trans? :nixweiss:

I'm still debating (in my head) which to go with 30 - 31T. Rode the 02 for 100 miles yesterday on back two lanes. Got her to 75 for some short runs. She was in the area of 3200 best I could tell from that lil bit tach and my old eyes. LOL

That's about right for the 5-speed Jeff. 70 is usually around 3 grand. That's why I'm going for the 31T. The 30T will bring it closer to that 5-speed  gearing, if that's what you like. I'm just looking to bring it to around 75 in 6th gear at 3 grand, instead of 80. And no belt change required for the 31T either. ;)

Thanks, but I'm not convinced that's the pulley I need. I need the '06 and up Cruise Drive 31T pulley. They have (3) 31T pulleys. Only one is for the Cruise Drive trannys. And I don't believe it's the $265 long life one shown. I'll call Baker tomorrow and get the scoop from them. I'll let youze know what I find out. ;)

Going to Baker will ensure you get the correct pulley. When I did the 07, with the 30T, I got it direct from Baker.

OK, here's the deal! The cruise Drive stuff is NOT DS P/N'd, so unless Jenni will order directly from Baker, I don't think you can get this stuff from her as of now. However, Baker has a 20% off stocking stuffer sale going on. You can order the pulley from their online store and get the 20% off that way. Hey.........I'm trying to (revive) this thread for some updates.  Has anyone completed the move to a 30T trans. sprocket and if so,  (A new belt with what part number and/or how many teeth)???

How do ya like it and did you have to go with the dakota digital thingie to re-adjust the speedo readings..........ALSO (very important to me),  Assuming you have Cruise control,  did it still work OK after the change.   And finally,  (of very little importance to me, but curious) did it knock out your 6th gear (lite)..........which is mostly unreadable during daylite anyway. :nixweiss:

I'm finally about ready to make the above changes myself IF I can get some validation that the potential (downside concerns) listed above were not a factor.

I did the Andrews 30T in Lexi, my 08 SERK. This was a great mod. All the gears are much more usable. I can now use 6th gear sooner and I don't bog down if traffic slows a little. My speedo is off about 3 -5 mph but I can use 6th @ 65 mph and not feel like I'm dogging the motor. I'm happy with the change.

The part number on for the new belt is 40371-07. Sorry, I can't recall the tooth count off the top of my head.

I have the Dakota SIM but have not installed it, yet. I'll get to it next week and let you know.

Of course I had a chrome inner primary installed during this mod!
