Something you want to share with us. 
Ya know.....I think it was the left speaker on Jon's bike also, where the connector came loose. Maybe the guy that was working the left speaker in assembly only had one hand. 
Seriously........happy to hear it was a cheap and easy fix for you and your back in business. 
Yea it's a small white connector on the upper left side of the left speaker as you are facing the open faring area. If you are in a hurry you would over look it since the main harness is plugged in below it near the headlight.
I agree that the assembly guy may have gone to take a 1-100 or something.....
FWIW: Since I have had this 2010 Street glide and been into it more than a few times I have been finding that many of the bolts are not tightened. Snugged YES tightened NO.
So I am recommending with all of the "people troubles" we new owners need to take the time to be sure that things are as they should be on the bike. I have started a process of going over the complete front end to be sure that things are torqued correctly. I will move to a different section until the complete bike has been gone over.
I think I mentioned that I "sprung" for all of the service manuals when I bought the bike. Just one non-warranty visit at the current labor rates will more than pay for them.
