IROAR,
Sorry, the day is Saturday, not Friday.  Here are the details.  We are planning on meeting for breakfast, but will not be going on the ride.  Rather, we're going to spend the day enjoying some of the rally sites.

Also, here is the link:  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=46403.0

Following a review of some PM's, the plan is as follows:

 Saturday, April 17
 8:30AM
Meet in the parking lot of Harold's Corral
Address: 6895 E. Cave Creek Rd. Cave Creek, AZ  85331
 Link: http://haroldscorral.com/?page_id=14

 9:00AM
 Breakfast at Harold's Corral

 9:15-10:00AM
Discuss route options while enjoying CVO Camaraderie and consuming great grub. (Try to refrain from speaking with mouth full)

 10:15ish
 Depart for Ride!

Alright.  Post up if we will have the pleasure of meeting you!

I have had these on for over a month and love them.  With the combination of my Ohlins in the rear my SERK handles better then I can ride it.  There is no front dive at all.  For the price I dont think they can be beat.  Its nice to have the front end not act like a pogo stick any more...

Can you give some details on "great". I'm looking at these for the 08 SERK.

Good to hear. Can you give any examples based on roads you use often before and after.

Been riding mostly up in Wisconsin and Michigan.  Back home in chicago there is NO bottoming out and potholes are nasty but much better.  On the twisties I feel I have much more control and dont feel the rear wobble as I did before.  I am finding that I feel alot more comfortable pushing her harder in the corners esp if the road isnt perfect.  When I was on the Natchez Trace,  some of the sweepers scared the crap out of me because of the instability.  This year when I go back down I will feel much more confident.  Will I zip her around the dragon like a 'Busa?  Hell no,  but thats me.

I know you did your rears,  this is a great addition and a better product in concept then the Gold Valves... For the price,  why not.

Well I've always been partial to a nice rear end. I'm looking at this or the Intimidators.  :nixweiss:

they help in all aspects of handling. as said previously much less dive,  surer feel in cornering, and the shock absorption is in a category i compare to the traxxion cartridges. you won't regret the upgrade. i just got back from a roadtrip on my 08tr and what a difference they made.

I've had the Monotubes on for about 1000 miles , and have had the opportunity to ride them solo and two in all conditions.

I had the touring link installed at the same time.  The difference is amazing, especially 2 up. Glass smooth and rock steady .
It makes riding the twisties much more enjoyable , I can hold a tighter line , and no more wallow.  I never realized how poor the stock bits were until I changed them out.

I was thinking about a new bike, with the change it is like a completely different and most pleasent new ride.

Finally got the Monotubes installed, have to get in some riding but initial impression is big improvement most of the front end dive on braking is eliminated. Riding 2 up last night it was stable and solid through the twisties. Feels very sure footed and more resistant to road imperfections.

You don`t have to do any fork-oil-change anymore with this Progressive Monotubes ?

Semi-correct, the bottoming spring still gets a little (5oz) of fork fluid, but he primary dampener and spring are a sealed unit.  It would probably be a good idea to change the 5ozs from time to time but should have to be no where near as often as a normal fork oil change.

 :) :) :)

If you were already onside the fork replacing the 5oz wouldn't be a bad idea.  THe only reason it is there is to keep the inside of the area from rusting or corroding.

Great addition to the bike.
