Happy Birthday Terrie!
JC, you know how to throw one heck of a surprise! I just hope she didn't try and sync the helmet to the new phone and dial and ride all the way home. Of course not. You probably had that all done for her with all the numbers and contact info pre loaded and ready to go with voice commands. Thanks for sharing. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.

It took some strategy to pull this one off. Couldn't have done it without the friends. Roger & Melanie went by Jim's to pick up the helmet and Melanie put it in the big gift bag and brought it. Fortunately, the Droid phone comes in a very small box, had it in a small gift bag that I was able to conceal under my leather as she had her back to me while she was in her saddle bag.
It was great....she was none the wiser right up to the last second. Initially they took us in and seated us at a two person table. As the hostess was seating Terrie I kind of spun around to look for them, but didn't see them. I went back out front to the hostess podium and told the lady "we were just seated at a table for two, but we're with a party of eight". I go back into the restaurant with the hostess and Terrie asks "where did you go....what's going on?" (the hostess standing beside me). I said "I don't like this table they're going to move us to a more intimate table" and you should have saw the look on Terrie's face as the hostess led us to the back and around the corner. It was a look of surprise and confusion at the same time......for just a minute she thought it was a weird coincidence. We all laughed for awhile. Wish all the rest of you could have been there, too.
