Give Jeff a break!! We have alway heard from multiple Members that RED Bikes are faster???? We don't want Jeff to to own and drive a beautiful RED Bike that cannot get out it's own way. Let the Mods begin.  :2vrolijk_21:

I've heard the red ones are fast but you can't prove it by what's in my garage...yet! Damn thing is beautiful tho!

You know it cause i love you MAN.....the same way i love a ice cold beer on a hot day. or the way I love power tools. not in a creepy peek in the window kinda way  ;) :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2:

I'm a little scared after that!  :o  LOL

I have had several members pm me for details on what happens when the MoCo performs a Reman on a motor. As I have been given a number of different answers from dealers as well as builders, I was unsure. I called customer service and spoke with John. He says the cases are reused in almost every case unless there is obvious damage upon inspection. This occurs "rarely." From that point most everything is replaced. New crank, rods, piston. The motor is restored to the year/model the bike was made.

He says w/99% certainty my motor has the Timken bearing, new style crank, rods and pistons. The cam support plate and tensioner will be the old style spring tensioners with the old style oil pump. The heads are the older style that were originally used. And the cam is the SE-203. Just passing this on for future reference.

:2vrolijk_21: :huepfenlol2: :huepfenlol2: There is your excuse/reason to crack the cases.... You only doing it for the site (person) that was inquiring about what exactly goes in a remanufactured motor... and while you got it open......

Gave the ol girl some more love. Had the motor tuned with her current stage 1 A/C, BUB 7 TD set up.
She made 94 tq / 80 hp. Sheet is posted here
http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=12079.msg719390#msg719390

Also added a few thing to make her more comfortable to me as well as more seen.

Flanders 10" mini apes
Roland Sands Tracker Grips
Newer style HD headlight
Passing lamps
Turn signals lowered
Saddlebag insert painted to match the flames
New right side saddlebag (original has chip in paint - to be repaired soon)

Ricor Intimidators

The motor will remain as is for this season. I'm looking for more torque in the 2200 +  rpm area than what she's giving my right now. She comes on a little too late but I'm somewhat spoiled by Lexi's performance. This is a heck of a lot of fun to ride tho! Put a hundred on her after work tonight.

To bad these Flander bars will not work on the newer bikes, they are sweet. Don, if you haven't got the Wild 1's yet, take a look at this. Just a bit narrower but no taller overall than the 8.5 Wild 1's. FWIW.

Forgot, I had the Ricor Intimidators installed. It does help on the crappy Illinois roads!
