No.  That would be so inefficient.  Inner cover doesn't have to be off to do top end or cam work.  He's doing the inner primary when he gets the chrome starter :drink: .

Jeff don't make the same mistake I did and not get the chrome starter when you "do" install the chrome inner primary. :D :D
