A friend of mine went from a D&D w/ standard baffle to the QB and lost 12 ft lbs. They changed back to std baffle and found the tuner hadn't downloaded new software from HD for his bike('09 UC). Dynoed again and found 4 ft lbs more than original tune with std baffle.
Check tuners ability w/ 2010's.

The original poster has a 2006 FLTR w/95" TC, not a 2010.

Sounds like the wrong combo. Not all parts play well with other parts. I don't know anything about that cam. But this exhaust doesn't sound well matched to this package. What's the curve look like?

With my previous combination it ran well. The only thing I changed was the pipe and its really free flowing. I just need to get some head work I think for more fuel and air mixture. More in so I can have more coming out.

Okay guys I was excited when I saw FedEx deliver the pipe and,  once I got it on the bike and on the Dyno the smile turned into a frown :(  Let go over my current build: 2006 Road Glide, 95" kit from Harley with the flat top pistons, S.E. Premium adjustable pushrods, S.E. air cleaner, Headquarters 0034 bolt in cams, Thunderheader slipon's, and dynoed with Technoresearh Direct Link...  It came out to be 100.41 Max Torque & 85.68 Max Power.  Now I change to a D&D Fatcat with standard baffle and my numbers go down to 88.71 Max Torque & 84.07 Max power. Why such a big loss???  What can I do with the new pipe to get back the same or better numbers? I need some help from the builders so please chime in.  :soapbox:

I would direct my attention to the tuner  :)

2cents here.....(general statement) Back pressure = torque on the low end. I agree with others. Combo of components is wrong. If you like the pipes find if there is a way to make em work. I also agree with, if you are shooting for numbers then your quest will never end. I have seen serious money turn into serious Dyno numbers. Still don't mean the bike will launch and leave others burning the life out of an expensive rear tire while you have since parked and ordered a cold one !!!!!

Take it from an old V twin rider, if your rear pockets feel like they are being stripped from yer jeans, then whut yer doin' equals the following equation. Money+Gasoline+a fist full of throttle = Ye frikin haw !!!!!!!
