I am looking for someone to cut either a 23" or 26" front wheel for me (prefer the 26"). I do not have a CAD drawing of the wheel I'm after. I do have a 21" version though. I'm not opposed to using the hub I have over again if need be. I have contacted a few of the wheel manufactures and they have no interest as I suspected. The wheel I have now is from a manufacture who is no longer manufacturing wheels. So if the wheel can't be duplicated due to some sort of patent, I'm not opposed to the percentage of change that needs to be done to be legit. With all that said I'm looking to keep this real. Meaning if a custom cut single wheel is going to cost me what a pair of off the shelf wheels cost than I'll go that route with a new pair. This would allow me to unload what I have and recoup a few pennies.

So who is cutting wheels or knows of someone who is?

Any chance of getting it prior to Daytona Bike week?

Don't know anything about the hassles or lack of during the process.  He did like what he got when it was done though.

I spent some time contacting places and most had no interest or didn't have the capabilities. I had a name given to me of Greg Thomason from Thomason Performance, LLC. in Londonderry, NH. This name was given to me from several different people and I can see why. I spoke with Greg today and he was eager to take the project on. After some talking we discovered we know some of the same people and are some of the same forums, small Internet! My project is under way and with a little luck I'll have it for my trip to Daytona.
