Garmin's CES lineup leaked...

Zumo 665: Have a rider in the family? The 665 is Garmin's latest motorcycle-centric nav unit, which appears to be little more than a 660 with the XM weather, radio (with A2DP out), and traffic on board. It's got a slightly newer firmware build than the current 660 that adds additional map layouts and data fields; and don't worry, 660 owners -- you'll get it in the Spring.

For any of you 660 owners that are thinking of buying the 665 for the new features it is being rumored/leaked that everything the 665 will have will be available on the 660 (see above in red). With them both using the same cradle makes me think that a firmware upgrade may give the 660 owners all the new features..... time will tell.

I actually use the Marine pricing. The Fisherman's package works well for my applications and offers some more relevant information. Either way, it's not the same as having just a weather page of data and not a map.

Well if that's the case, I'll switch. I'm still not sure it's the same service.

Does seem cheap...I pay $50/mo. for XM Master Mariner for my boat.  Lake Erie can be dangerous and I feel it is worth it.  worst thing that can happen on a bike is you might get wet until you find shelter.  With the marine service you can cancel temporarily during months you don't use it and there is no re-activation fee if you cancel for less than 6 months.  I just hope the 660 I just bought with my CVO Street Glide will be upgradable to the weather and XM radio features of the 665.

          XM also offers seasonal cancellation on motorcycles, I have used this feature for my Ultra ( usually Dec to March ), with no reactivation fee.
