I'll carry on....it seemed I was running out of room to type??

Once you get south of Sudbury on #69, you enter our cottage country, referred to as "up north"- tons and tons of lakes- Bala is a nice town, there is a cool Boston Pizza right on Lake Muskoka in Gravenhurst, and there are huge ass cottages on the big three lakes in this area- Lake Joseph, Lake Rosseau, and Lake Muskoka.
Then, there is lots in Toronto- the CN tower is probably the most famous, but since I don't know what your interests are, not sure what to suggest, but there is lots to see in TO for sure. Niagara on the Lake is a nice little town, and one of the nicest riding roads around is the Niagara Scenic Parkway which runs from Niagara on the Lake to Niagara Falls (past the falls), then onto Fort Erie (borders on Buffalo, NY)- it follows the Niagara river the whole way, with awesome scenic lookouts down in the gorge- definitely a must ride/see road. Of course, once in the falls, there's all the usual tourist attractions, Casino, etc.
Oh btw, not sure if you're travelling in mixed company, but our strip bars in Ontario are way more, ah, liberal than in a lot of the States- The Sundowner in Niagara Falls is a must go

. And as far as where not to go, it's very safe in Canada compared to the States- only things I would avoid is Niagara Falls, NY (nothing to see on the US side), and Buffalo....oh, and rush hour in Toronto is to be avoided- and check to see what events are going on, as traffic would obviously be a lot worse (The Molson Indy is the first week of August, I believe)
