Well guys and gals, here is the results.
I had the new Progressive Mono tube kit installed in the front end and Progressive 440HD's, 13 inch in the rear. 2007 CVO Ultra. The ride is vastly improved, no more bouncing on rough road, she feels solid as a rock. For me, this is as good as I dreamed it would. I am now very happy with my bike. The only down side, my bikes front end looks like it is slightly lower, maybe a half an inch. When I sit on the bike in my driveway, I am not sure that I can tell much differance, it moves up and down very similar to the way it was, when I ride the bike, it feels great, handling is more precise and easier. My Harley dealer installed everything and really took care of me. They quoted me 2 hours to install, it took them 5 hours. If I was doing this again, I would install the 440's and let it go at that, I would not spend what it cost to install the Mono Kit. I am not sure if the front end kit, installed, is worth the cost, I know the rear shocks were worth every penny. I guess I will never know being I had them both installed at the same time and I'm so happy with the way my bike rides and handles now.
Hope this helps
