Fantastic game!

Mardi Gras has started early no doubt.

But I do have one question... When are these "old farts" has been rockers going to admit it's over?

That half time show was pathetic!  >:(

When will the NFL stop dragging these guys (that have no business being on any stage) out of retirement to perform on the world's biggest stage?

I'm sorry, but there are many, many fabulous acts (under 60 that can still hit the notes) that could rock the place and they have these guys. :nixweiss:

Now I'm a BIG WHO fan, seeing them 3 or 4 times over the years, the last time being on their so-called "farewell tour" and they were amazing, but they should stick to their guns and live by their tour slogan.

Ok, I feel much better getting that off my chest... Thanks for being my sounding board.

Funny you mention this... my 21 year old daughter asked me who they (Who) were... my reply was "Who dat".... I'm thinking maybe it had something to do w/the the Saint's slogan. :nixweiss:

Nothing wrong with your ears!
I agree with you on old groups staying retired.

I was one of the lucky fans to attend the Superbowl yesterday.  The Who half time show must not have come across well on TV...because live it was fantastic.  As a Colts fan I was disappointed with the outcome...but the Saints were the better team on the field last night.

Had the surround sound crankin The Who at halftime here.  Sounded GREAT to me.  As far as young folks not being aware of artists from
their parents' day...nuthin new bout that.

As we are disappointed in the outcome, we also have to tip our hats to one very good football team.  Enjoy it Saints fans, you deserve it.  :2vrolijk_21:
