I am trying to save my factory calibration but it isn't going very well.  This is what I get when I try.
Vin=Not Found, ECM PN=Not Found, CAL ID=Not FOund, Lock Stat=1 slot Unlocked.  Save Restore Status seems to go fine. The Blue Percentage Indicator moves to the right like it is reading the ECM, but it doesn't get any info from the ECM.  Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Do you have BOTH the main ignition switch turned on AND the thumb switch to the ON position?

What Com port is being used ?

Thumb switch was off...feel like an idiot, I have been screwing around with this for an hour.
