Oil temp

 I'm running a CVO 103 Zippers 575 cams,Using mobil 1 V-twin oil.What kind of oil temps should i expect to see on a 80 degree day.Bike is tuned with PC3 and i'm running lowers.Thanks

"Normal" oil temperature is 230°F cruising down the highway.  It will rise fairly rapidly sitting still or putting along at 5 mph, since this is an air cooled engine.
