I'm just double checking myself . The black sensor connection is for the back cylinder. Correct ?

Yes

Thanks. My idle sucks since I changed the pipes. I know it needs to be tuned I just wanted to make sure I didn't screw up the sensor locations.

I can attest to this as well.  Have the PowerDuals with Monster rounds.  Steve at Fullsac sent a map with the Mastertune and its perfect.  Engine heat is gone and runs like a champ.  Also, my sensor is in the same location but seems to be fine.  The stock location was nice.  Hopefully they'll do something similar down the road.

I'm running the SE super tuner with power dials and basic slip-ons.  Bike runs great.  I initially had idle problems, thought it was a header issue.  Drove the tuner crazy as he couldn't get a decent tune for me.  Then he noticed that my fuel pressure was bleeding off causing fuel flow issues.  Found that fuel pump seal wasn't installed correctly at the factory.  When he corrected that, he was able to get a good tune and the SESG runs strong now.  You don't have to have a TTS to get a good tune.
