Finally figured it out,you use the Ventilator that fits the 2010 Dyna/Softail #28722-10.Bolts right up yp the SE 50mm tb perfect.

Will it also fit the pre '08 bikes with the standard throttle body?

I believe you have to have a 50mm throttle body for it to fit. Which comes standard on 08 and later EFI bikes.
