Not to defend the dumb chit that was on this mower (he shouldn't have been on it anywhere near object(s) he could hit w/little to no experience), but if you've never been on a zero turn mower they aren't the easiest thing to handle. They will move along and if you're not used to turning/accelerating with them you can get yourself in trouble quick. The joystick/handles are used for accelerating and turning and you can end up somewhere you don't belong quick fast and in a hurry.

Thank you.  I own 10 of these mowers and they definitely are difficult for people the first time out.  Sorry for your loss.

Fired00d's right.  I hit a pickup truck with one of these the first time I operated one.  Well, it was the boss' truck, whoops!  I hope your scoot's back to 100% soon.
Thank you.  I own 10 of these mowers and they definitely are difficult for people the first time out.  Sorry for your loss.
They are definitely no joke and people that aren't used to them shouldn't be on them or learning in places where they can hit stuff. First time I was on one I didn't hit anything (I was in a big open field), but it definitely gained my respect. We were mowing and one of the places was close to a very steep grade and I wouldn't go near that due to the fact I wasn't comfortable w/the mower and my ability to control it. :nervous:

What a maroon!
As others have commented, was that guy one of ours?   No wonder Obama said having a strong military is a burden.  Frag that guy.

I would of bet it more than $3,500 too. Check EVERYTHING! There's got to be some dinged up paint and chrome all over the bike.
