Exhaust 124+ S SW

What exhaust should I use in my new S&S 124+ S SW,want a deep sound and not to loud.. Thanks for your input Freja....Sweden

Hello, (eller hej!)

My suggestion, based on my assumption that you are riding a bagger
and not drag racing, is as follows.

Use your stock head pipe with V&H monster ovals or S&S spo slip ons.

You can afford to leave a lot of power "on the table" to get the
low sound level you want, and still make "to much power" for a bagger.

If the funds are available next winter, I will go the 124 route,
keeping my cat, modified stock air filter and my S&S spo.
I will still be able to make 120/120, which is PLENTY.

For the 124, I would consider the Super Trap setup that way you can get a mix of the performance you want and the sound they way you like it.  You can add and subtract disks as you see need.  Get the sound the wya you like it and finish your dyno tune.   This should give you the best of both worlds while not roasting the "kids" with the stock cross over.
