Just got back from the Grand Canyon,Depending on how windy it was I got from 47 down to 28.Riding 2 up with route 66 Tbag full. For the most part it was 45 to 47 and 1 stretch the wind was so bad we only got 154 miles and put in 5.2 gals.
I had Power Commander 5 installed and dynoed before we left and it increased mileage greatly. With SERT I could get to 200 miles and Reserve would come on real consistantly where as with the PC I could go 230 to 240 before Reserve kicked in. And that was  2 up and running 75 to 80 consistantly, approx 3000 rpm.
Oh and buy the way if you've never been to the Grand Canyon out it on your bucket list words and pictures can not describe how beautiful it is.

Took a 400 mile ride over the weekend. Combination of hills, flats, about 90 degrees and my wife on the back. Average for this trip was 44.6 mpg. I did ride a little easier on the throttle than normal.

If you're ever in Missouri I highly recommend Hwy 19 from Salem, MO to Eminence, MO! The roads to and from that area are top notch as well.

(3400 miles, V & H dresser duals, high output slip ons and premapped powercommander from FuelMoto)

You get great mileage when it's detuned and running lean.....not necessarily a good thing though. :nixweiss:

After downloading the TTS master tune, I adjusted my speedo to run the same as my gps. Harley speedo is set , I believe 4% off. Now that my odometer is correct, I get 42-46 mpg. (I baby the crap out of my bike)
