There are a lot of "bolt-in" cams for the twin cam motors but that said I am not sure I would use that one. I have used it in dealer builds and it is OK but knowing what I know about the heads and that cam my guess is you will polish off a lot of low end grunt and not gain that much on top especially if the bike is FBW.

How does that effect the Tq curve?

It does not assuming the tune is right and TBW is coming on as it should. That takes software tweaks not canned maps. I have not seen many FBW builds that want to make much more power over 5,200 and the SE211 would want to go there. Yeah I know we can look at dynos with high compression and MVA heads that do but what would they do with a good cable controlled 55MM unit?
So the result is a net loss of torque both peak and over the typical riding band say 2-3.5K and then when it wants to run on top that gets shunted, why I don't know exactly, just what I have observed.
