Get a pre-paid pass it you can…there are several places to obtain them upon the way…saves you time for sure!

The Grand Canyon is One Canyon but has Two Rims.  The South Rim and the North Rim are just 10 miles apart as a raven files but 215 miles by road.  The South Rim elevation is 7,000 ft with tempaeratures in the 50s – 80s in the summer and 20s – 50s in the winter.

About now you may be wondering…”Jock just how far is it to Ireland?”  Well check it out!

It appears to be 6,080 miles!  By the end of this trip I could have almost gone there if there was road!
