Not likely, would be tough to replace what I've got and I'm not into baggers or touring bikes. I am looking at my 3rd iPad however.

It's probably the new HOT 49 Sportster.
Previously known as a 2010 48 Sportster with a new simulated sharkskin king and queen seat relabeled as a 2011 to broaden the appeal and desire to ride 2 up.

It's probably that Servicar that Twolanerider has been asking for over the past umpteen years.  Plenty of room to haul spare engines and other essential parts so you can enjoy long distance travel without worry. ;)

Actually, I imagine the answer is something along the lines of what SBB posted.  After all the whoop-de-doo-doo over the "New" 48 model Sporty, it's obvious that H-D still doesn't understand that slapping different styling cues on tired old designs isn't what they need to succeed.  It would be nice if they were planning to release a new water cooled Touring rig with halfway modern mechanicals, but I seriously doubt that.  Most likely just another styling exercise, kind of like throwing a spoiler and tape stripes on a Malibu and calling it a new sport model.

Called the XR1200X, it will be available at Harley dealerships by August, the company said Thursday.

Big surprise! NOT!  An existing bike with a blacked out theme, how original!  Besides, this bike was on the table for relese last year.  It was listed on the initial CARB filing.  It got scratched for the final model release, though.  I like these bikes, but for $11K?  I'd buy a Triumph Speed Triple.  More bike for less money.

I'm pretty sure I've seen similar stuff from H-D in the not so distant past.  Oh yeah, that's right, I owned one.  That one was called a Superglide Sport, and it had lots of wrinkle black paint everywhere.  And then I seem to remember another bike with a similar look called the Night Train.  Hmmmmmmm.  Those have both been discontinued, the Dyna many years ago and the Night Train just recently.  Seems the sales figures didn't justify keeping them around.

Calling stuff like this "NEW" is what I just love about the clueless folks in Milwaukee.  Based on their practices, if I were to paint my sorry old butt flat black or have it chromed I could call myself "NEW".  I don't think the wife would fall for it, however.  Under the new finish I would still be the same sorry old fart, and she'd be quick to remind me of that fact.

If they really want to appeal to younger riders, they need to come up with real performance, not flat black paint.  I don't think the Yamaha/Kawasaki/Honda/Suzuki 600 dealers are going to be shaking in their boots after viewing Harley's new import fighter.  Let me see, more money for half as much bike.  Yup, sounds like another winning idea from H-D.

I'm holding out for the Servicar, just like Twolane.  Until then, they are just wasting their time trotting out this kind of BS and calling it "NEW".

The only positive I can draw from this is:

MAYBE they're releasing it early because they have a bigger release next month?  I know, it's grasping at straws!...Maybe they didn't want the XR1200X to get lost when they announce the new watercooled 4 wheel drive tri-glide CVO servicar?

One other point on the XR is it was a 2010 model for HDI.  They waited a year to release it stateside (again).

They probably built a bunch of them and decided the market wasn't their for them and now they are going to force feed the market with them because they can't afford a loss.
