sorry, didn't see this project earlier.
Just two comments, as Wintergardens in Dresden are very common since mid 19th century and many newly built show problems unknown 150 years ago. Most problems arise as those structures "sweat" a considerable amount of moisture. And many unwelcome creatures - especially in autumn - will try to inhabitate such places. So
1. the wall towards the structure should get extra insulation and a special plaster,
2. minimum distance from ceiling to windows should be not less than 20 percent of total height and some sort of ventilation should be installed under ceiling,
3. expansion joints between floor and walls and a package of at least 50 cm gravel under the floor are needed,
4. take extra care sealing doors and windows.
we had clients who built 3 and 4 wintergardens in a row until all problems were really fixed. The traditional wooden structure on stone foundation was far more successfull...
