Welcome aboard from Minnesota! Glad you've joined the fun. My assumption would be that you purchased a used bike in primo condition. That is what the dealer should deliver. They shouldn't be asking you to pony up dollars for the difference in parts.

Dealer called yesterday and said they have found the correct pipes and will get all the parts on order.
I am a happy camper
thanks to everyone for the warm welcome.
I sure wish the owners manual would show up soon. I need to read about the beast.
is there anywhere to download a service manual?

am thinking it needs a little louder pipe. these stock pipes are pretty quiet. how does a person know what to get that is between stock quiet and oh my gosh that thing is loud?
thanks

Totally agree with Buy Early... Welcome to our world from Tennessee! My wife hates it when bikes and parts follow me home.  :drink:
