yeah, I was concerned with the front lower bracket for the bag gettin in the way of the exhaust brackets

The bags fit perfectly, no issues there.  I have to mention one thing though, the left part of the header pipe, where it comes out of the engine and then down the left side, sits exactly under your thigh.  This is very hot when you have your feet on the ground (stationary position).  My dealer suggested a solution that in my opinion solved 75% of the problem.  They wrapped the header pipe with some special exhaust material and then refitted the chrome cover.  Much less heat but don't plan on riding with shorts on!

Another note; these pipes with the 110 engine are really loud.  I just had them install the quite baffles which brought the noise down a couple of decibels.

I just put V&H true duals on my 2010 FLSTSE.

Love the look. I really would like to put them on my bike, but am worried about the heat on my left thigh. I already have my right thigh getting hot in the summer. At least I would be balanced. ;D

Heat tape is a must for V&H true duals on the left side under the left leg.
I did it a while ago, what an improvement.
