I have a HD Race Tuner for my 04 Fatboy, Is there a way to use it on my 2010 SECU?

No, once it has been married to the ECM it can not be used again.

there is a hack for the SERT to use it on multiple bikes but it won't help you with bikes 07 up.

it was pubished some 5 years ago in the EFI-section of v-twinforum i believe, please don't ask me where exactly  :nixweiss:

It may be illegal to own and/or use it  ::)
