I have an 07 FXDSE. Looking at some clutch and brake levers on ebay. Description says will fit 2008 and up HD with hydraulic clutch. Is there a difference between 07 and 08. Don't want to make a purchase and they not work. Thanks.

Yes, but only on the touring models.
