Bought the kit to let me put hard bags on the bike,  and it didnt come with any instructions.

Harley site has
http://www.harley-davidson.com/en_US/Media/downloads/Service/isheets/-J04644.pdf  but it says to "Install the saddlebag following the instructions in the appropriate Service Manual using the hardware supplied
in this kit."

Anyone have a page for instructions?

I checked my '04 and '10 HD Touring SM's and there isn't a detailed set of instructions for installing all of the hardware on the saddlebag.

Hi, Scott...I did the same for my '04 FLHRC a couple years ago.  I had the same 'no instructions' experience.  So, I just used the parts diagram to put them together, and they work just fine.  The only real question I had was how the 'stick on' gasket was applied to the lid...so I just imposed on a fellow rider to see how they were done from the factory on his bags.  Surprisingly, they went together with very few 'hiccups'.  On the FLHRC, the bags then installed just as the leather ones had.  Guess comments are not much more than 'encouragement' that it can be done...granted with patience.  Once one is done, they other goes much quicker...as with most things that come in 'two's'!!    Steve.

Finally got it done.. Had to have a buddy come over with his bags... It went really quick after that!

Now,  a tour pak?
