Sorry
Won't work, the inner cam bearing journal is too large and the cam drive system is not compatable without a major retrofit. They fit 2007up Twin Cams

Redshift 575 cams will work well w/o any head work... they are bolt in.

Woods TW5-6R and get rid of the troublesome tensioners and go to roller chain and hydraulic tensioners, all OEM 2007up cam plate items including the improved oil pump. Shorter, closer lobe seperation, and higher lift than stock all spell improved throttle response and torque where you ride.
This is an afternoon bolt in with adjustable pushrods. Some need the pinion boss clearanced, depends on the year and model.

Never done a 6 but have done the 5

Stock bottom end no pistons changed 93cc heads

That's not TW 5 or TW 6,  the cam grind is called TW-5-6.   The "R" version is a roller conversion cam made for the older Twin Cams being converted to the new hydraulic tensioner cam plates.  In either version the lift is .575", intake timing 17 - 37, exhaust timing 39 -15, duration 234°.  It's a typical Bob Wood design with high lift, short duration, fast ramps, and strong torque down low.  I would think that the TW-7H would be a better choice for your 110, but I'm no expert on choosing cams.

No cam expert either by a long shot
GRC
Thats true but IME I skip the 7 and move to the 8 or 408-44. Too much convergence. Want a hot rod that takes a little more gear shifting then raise the CR and go with the later two. Want a torquer that out pulls the SE255 by a country mile, the TW5, no piston change required.
The 110 has big heads and doesn't respond the same as the others with smaller faster ports. Somewhat similar to the old SE CNC HTTC heads and how they worked on a 95" motor. Shorter cams seemed bigger than they really were. High lift was an added bonus when the duration and overlap were controlled.
Some cams that seem to be relatively successful in the 110 are going the other way and have large LSA (and associated lower overlap). Makes for a wide torque band but not as high peak.

Wow, to produce those numbers with a bolt in cam and that nice headwork is very tempting indeed... especially running a couple hundred pounds lighter than the bagger folks to start with - :)

Canned maps are not too suave.
Consider finding a good tuner to dial in your combination on a dyno.
