thought i would throw a few more pictures of the mods I've done before i have to take them back off!! so here is the deal, walkers h-d calls today and says they didn't catch that they needed $3,000.00 down on the type of loan they gave me. well needless to say i don't have that plus money to pay the licensing so, it looks like a week later she may be going back to walkers and the deuce may be coming home! i am going to try to get ahold of my up credit union today and see if they will loan me the money. probably doubtful though, i have an 06 dodge ram 2500 crew cab that i sold my father-in-law but i am actually carrying him on the note so that $650 payment shows up on my credit. anyway i am at my wits end and heart broken, not sure what i am going to do!!! anyways here comes some pictures. here is the lighted zombie infinity horn cover and the purple LEDs.

So let me get this straight... the dealer signs you up and delivers the bike to you, takes your on trade, lets you accesorize the new one, and not only forgets to tell you that the loan was approved with 3K down, but lets the bike leave without collecting the COD?

Have you asked the dealer if he can float you the money over a few months? What if he sells your trade, what about the $$$ you've spent? Is the title in your name?

Sound like the dealer owes you some help and assistance at the minimum.

They made the mistake and they should eat it.  Don't loose money on their mistake.  If you want to be fair then tell them to pay the $3,000 down on the loan.  Have the loan re-written showing the lower principal balance and they hold a junior note for the $3,000 at a lesser interest rate so the combined payments are slightly less than the original loan as an accomadation to you.

I say they should eat the 3K... I would think by now the paperwork would have gone to DMV to have it titled and if that's the case then they can no longer sell it as a new bike. The '11 will be out next week which will make it a model year older.... I would think considering those things they would be glad to take a 3K hit and have you keep the bike.

We will see what happens, I doubt they do much. They were really cool when I bought the bike and they were good when they called me but I can see this getting really ugly. Not sure about the paperwork but they had the bike financed so they still had to get the title and send to me
