Deadwood Storm last week and Sturgis

Spent last week in Deadwood, riding all the scenic routes and trying to dodge the crazy weather. Hail, rain and flash floods!
A few pics just after the rain and hail on Wed. The link is a video the owner of Dedawood Dicks took during the "heavy rain"

This is the Ironhorse Bar across the street from where we stayed (Silverado) The hail was up to the top of the bar.

We had some hail and lotsa rain Tuesday, but Wednesday was the big one! Other than that the riding was great. My first time out that way. We di just under 4000 miles in 9 days. The last day (Sun) we left the Soo with raingear on and it poured from Blind River to Barrie, then just overcast fro my last 2 hours home.

"pre rally" The bikes outnumbered the cars, and by Wed. most lots had barracades " Bikes Only"
