V & H fuelpak vs. Power Commander
« on: March 03, 2006, 06:30:39 PM »

With a semi stock engine and a moderate mod list, when is it time for a Power Commander or a FuelPak? My SEFB is just screaming for more stuff, Chrome or no Chrome.

Are there alternative manufacturers producing fuel management systems for our rides?

kona76,

There are quite a few alternatives, with the list getting longer all the time.

Hey Jerry, thanks.

I have a similar want for better fuel/air performance with my car. I got a Air flow controller, installed it and haven't a clue to what to do next. My tuner is out of town for weeks. So I wonder, are the higher end mods you listed and mentioned available in novice English? I think I need some technical schooling here. I understand the concepts, yet no idea how to achieve these desirable results.

Finding a quality tuner and a top notch dyno in SFV, Ca. is like hitting the jackpot on a $100.00 Slot Machine. They're out there, just hiding from me.
