My 2000 SERG 103 has been giving me some trouble. It idles very slow ( approx 800 rpm) and will stall out at stops. Some times it will idle slow at a stop, but when I try to throttle up it spits out of the breather and stalls out. I have cleaned the K&N filter and pulled the plugs out and they look to be burning perfectly. Before I roll into my stealership I wonder if any of you have some helpful thoughts ?

I'm sure you're doing it already but just to be secure I'll mention the obvious. Idle that low might starve for oil pressure. Keep an eye on the oil pressure.
As for the idling problem itself, the Marelli bikes sometimes had quirky idle problems. If yours is a sudden onset thing it's not likely any of the issues that troubled Marelli bikes though.
The obvious things you've likely already checked are the intake seals for tightness and/or leaking. Fuel filters will usually first start showing signs of problem when the engine is under a load rather than at idle. Same way with a leaking line inside the tank.
I have seen the pressure line from the tank to the fuel block collapse internally. More pressure pushes through fuel a little better. Less it starves. Again, not likely. But worth at least keeping in mind.
The IAT (intake air temp) sensor is worth looking closely at too. The sensor itself may not be bad but the itty bitty gasket on those will fail. Especially if the screws have backed off a bit. If that gasket leaks it's a vacuum leak and will cause an erratic idle. If you're questioning the gasket it's not available separately (or at least it didn't used to be). Only with the IAT sensor.
If you do anything that causes you to actually need to adjust the idle when you're done (yes, you can do that on the Marelli bikes--adjustment hole through the bottom right corner of the intake you'll see when the air cleaner is off) be aware that you have to do than just twist the adjustment screw. Once you've set it where you want it you need to pull the fuse to the ECM for several minutes before restarting the bike.
