I ordered the D&D 2 into 1 "Boarzilla" w/wrapped baffle, and the TTS Mastertune today. You have an idea for the initial Map to start with? 2010 FLSTSE.

Isn't finding out if there's a good map to start with something to find out before buying a tuning product :nixweiss: ?

Well Cowboy, I may have already found a couple. But I'm kinda thinkin' maybe that's what this here forum is for. "The exchanging of information." After all it is a Starting Point. From which one Builds a Map to match the Bikes V.E. Data! Since I'm kinda new to tuning, I'm asking those of you with experience in this area for a little help. Sheez! You kick your dog when you got home today? Did ya?

I completely agree with you.  People help each other out here all the time.  Whether they're cowboys or not.  But whether the site brethren could help me or not I'd (personally) still like to know if the several hundred bikes I might spend for some tuning package had a good baseline for my bike before I actually spent the money.

Sincerely,
Cautious Cowboy

Sorry, just noticed this thread

Yes, I have a good starting map for the ConV that includes a few tweaks including the 6th gear light fix. You will still need to VTune it to your motor.

Send me a PM with your email address and I'll shoot it over.

I've read the Posts on here concerning the Process. And bookmarked everything. I'll have plenty of time to read the manual as well, due to me being hung up on this Turnaround in this God-forsaken Refinery! This is the 19th straight midnight with 21 more to go till start up. I had two days off before this string. Before that I worked 33 straight nights. ( 12 hour graveyards ) Since April 21st I've only had 18 days off out of 121 days. I've got six weeks or 22 working days vacation to get in before the end of the year.

I'm with you brother! Seems that the latest "big company" desk jockey brainstorm is to load every existing employee up and ride them into the ground. I guess that the thinking is that its cheaper to utilize existing expendable commodities to the max than to acquire new expendable commodities that cost them additional costs for medical and pension contributions and so on. Just my take from a 32 year expendable commodity.
