I can hardly wait to see the bike finished with that 23' and 18' (foot) tires on it heading down the road.

That bike is NOT going to handle anything close to stock. It'll be a "flopper" at slow speeds.  :o
Did you use 1 of the cut and slide steering head kits?
IMO,I would go back to "0" degree trees............It will help to lessen the agravation. :-[

I did the math numerous times it made more sense to do this first off it will always be a cvo and the motor would cost a lot to put on a non cvo and I think I got a good deal. The bike had 2k with a matching set of wheels and a dd pipe.  Bike 18,500 sold the sheet metal for 3000 the wheels for 2k and the pipe, brakes and a few other parts for 1500 so started out with a 12k bike I thought it was a good deal

No I'm sorry but to me it isn't a CVO anymore, First off it's your bike and your money I just hate seeing one chopped up that way. My 2cents...... :nixweiss:

So 1st I must complement you on having a vision and see it become reality. I will not comment on the path you used to get there since I am no mechanical expert (certainly other on here are). I do have one question though.

What do you keep in that super chopped tourpak? It looks like barely enough room for a lambskin sheath, tube of jelly and some hand towels for post work cleanup.

tour-pak is mainly for looks and is nice for sunglasses my wife's purse etc. she is not really a harley person and will not mess with the saddlebag latches so it is nice to not have to open them all the time as she can put her stuff in it

Did it really only take a month to transform it?

Looks pretty cool... I think would be better without the chopped tour pack, did you make it detachable? Did not expect white... I do like the flakes! Enjoy the ride.
