The cylinder heads are indeed unique to the CVO 110 engine, with a hemi style combustion chamber rather than the bathtub chamber on the standard TC heads. Bigger valves and stronger valve springs are included, as well as automatic compression releases.
The cams are unique to the CVO 110 (SE255), and of course the actual pistons and cylinders are also unique to the 110. The engine cases are stock cases modified to fit the larger cylinder spigots, the crankshaft (flywheel assembly) is the same stock part found in the TC96, as is the cam plate and oil pump. The primary is the same as the TC96 with the exception of the clutch spring and the compensator (2010 and later), but the clutch release mechanism is changed to hydraulic from the standard cable. The transmission is the same as the TC96 models. As for the air cleaner, that varies by model. The CUSE models come with the smallest difference, with only a few extra holes in the black plastic airbox to let a little more air in. The SESG comes with the Ventilator air cleaner from the catalog, as did the SERG in '09, and other models have come with the Heavy Breather. What model do you have?
Go to the catalog and look for the 110 street legal kit that Harley sells. That is the same stuff that comes from the factory on a CVO model.
