Has anybody installed harleys overlay harness for the GPS so you don't haveuse the aux plug.

I ran a fused wire to the cig lighter for power and grounded the other wire. Don't need to run it off the aux connection.

Any switched 12v will work.......make sure you have a inline fuse so you don't lose a critical item if GPS has problem.

FYi, the cig lighter is switched. It only works with the ignition on.  :bananarock:
