 It is the other Haystack Rock in Pacific City and we were eating outside looking at it from the Pelican Brew Pub.
There are 2 Haystack Rocks in Oregon that are down the road from each other. Duke is right there is one in Cannon Beach also. They were formed by lava from the Grand Ronde Moutains 10+ million years ago.
