I found it at a multi-line non-Harley dealer in Ohio with 4800 miles on it.  I spent 3 nights and most of a bottle of Mother's Chrome Polish to clean every crack and crevice, and it's flawless other than a small faded spot on top of the muffler heat shield.  I think it's stock other than the windshield, exhaust, Vance Hines Fuel Pack, Sundowner seat, and backrest.  The dealer didn't know much about the bike since they aren't a Harley dealer.  I now know where there is another one sitting at a Harley dealer that is completely stock and has only 254 miles on it, if anyone is interested in one.
