Anyone know who has the HD air horn in stock?  Called 2 dealers and each said they are back ordered till late April
Thanks in advance for giving a hoot (sorry)

Ask your dealer to do a nationwide search with the part #. If anyone has one in stock it will show up. Then see if they will do a dealer trade or order it yourself from a dealership found on the list.

Good Luck,

Many dealers are backordered I am told, you're looking for the perverbial needle in a haystack.

I want an air horn.  I want it loud.  What I don't want is that high pitched really loud squeeky noise that i typically hear from the bike tye air horns.  Who has a deeper toned air horn that will fit somewhere on my bike and not look like I stole it off of a Kenworth? [smiley=confused5.gif]

Hey Coolbreeze, I had the minibeast on my 96 FLHR and just today got to hear an installed HD air horn. The minibeast is higer-pitched, the HD is pretty low pitch... surprised me. Sounds like a LOT bigger horn. However, I like the mini beast for its 'shock value' sound... it really got cager's attention. The HD horn is loud, but a bit too mellow for me.
One way or another, I gotta get rid of the Clarabelle Clown stock horn (pooot, pooot)  :P. Wonder if the stebel will fit under the fairing?

heck, it's only $35 delivered.  It's worth that just to experiment.  As soon as I get a chance on a computer that I can spend money on I'm gonna have a chrome one sent my way.

Of course, this would work better for you, if you lean toward the "Traditional" look.  Trust me, they are LOUD, too!  ;) Later--HUBBARD

I know the BJ's are really loud.  But, (correct me if I'm wrong here), aren't they the ones that are kinda squeeky, like stomping the chit out of BIG possum?  I wanna stomp mooses here....

The compact stebel air horn is pretty loud also.  Hubbards trumpets look good I just wanted to hang something different from there is all.  Still looking for the "right" something to hang there.  Thinking a mud flap girl or something close to that in chrome would do the trick for me.
