I think I remember only having to take my 09 SEUC in about 3 or 4 times before I finally convinced them that the rotors needed replaced. Although runout was well below spec, the new rotors solved the problem in my case.

Sometimes it is not run out or warped rotors but rather "hot spots".
Most of the time you can see these as small circular shaped spots on the swept area.
