Custom Front Fender
« on: December 20, 2010, 04:24:42 PM »

OK, anyone swap out their front fender for a smaller/sleeker/dropped fender? Pics would be good too if you have them. I'm thinking of the Klock Werks Slicer or Tude or Level

What do you all think??????

Have you thought about lowering your front fender closer to your tire? It looks really good and it's doesn't cost much if you bolt the brackets on using chrome button head bolts. If you weld them in, you have to have the fendrr repainted, but it looks really nice smooth with no rivets. Either way it's a really nice change from the stock look. By the way, I have the brackets for doing such a thing.

Oh! By the way, I have used and installed many different custom front fenders from Russ Wernimont, West Coast Choppers, Klock Werks, and Fat Baggers. It's really going to depend on what you would like to see on your bike and what look you are going for. I dropped a couple of pics below to maybe help kick start your imagination. Hope I could help. Good Luck.

Thanks for the picks and suggestions. I want a smaller fender than the huge stock one, so lowering it won't get me where I want to be.  :2vrolijk_21:

I've installed West Coast Choppers tins before.  Really nice stuff.  Very little prep required.

Don't know if their stuff is available anymore though...   :nixweiss:
