anybody have trouble with radio 2010 SE street glide. First one quit alltogether they replace it with refurbished one which sounds terrible and reception stinks

Check the antenna connection. If it's good, get them to give you another one.

Best Idea is send to to Iron Cross, then you know what you'll get back, everything they (H-D) put back in are refurbs, not new like it should be... I had done on my '06 Ultra , readout was missing some led's and they wouldn't change it...
