What kind of performance increase can you expect on a 110" with 2" cores, X-Pipe and TTS Tuner?  Does the heat shield completely cover the X-Pipe or can you partially see it?

This is directed to Steve at Fullsac.  I installed the X-Pipe, 1.75" baffles, and TTS.  Since the bike is new, I don't want to dyno.  What would you expect me to see in terms of horsepower and torque gain with the bike out of the box compared to these modifications?  As an aside, left the packing in the mufflers.

The heat shields cover the X-Pipe just like the stock exhaust. Unless you know what you are looking at you cannot tell a difference between the X-Pipe and the stock pipe by looking.. you will definitely feel the difference in less heat and power.

Go for it.. you wont regret it.

A stage I X Pipe kit with 2.0 cores, the 2009s and 2010s easily go 96-98 HP with 110-113 TQ. The Stage I 2011s all seem to be down
a few points until you put in the Cams. 93-95 HP, 106-108 TQ. I think Harley did something to the cams in the 2011s accross the board.
With cams, the 2011s are every bit as strong as the 09s and 10s.

Attached is a dyno chart from a 2011 CVO, X Pipe, 2.0 cores, 555 Woods cams, stock AC
