This happened a lot in the Every Which Way But Loose movie! I think.  

The slope in the driveway explains why the bottom edge of the saddle bag got scraped up.

Carole and I had a great time this weekend getting to visit with a great group of people.

I forgot to mention......at the bike show we saw Jax from Sons of Anarchy.  He doesn't look anything like he does on tv or the internet........looked more like a 19 yr. old kid, dressed in baggy cargo jeans and a plaid shirt/jacket. 

I told Terrie "he looks like your son".  After seeing him, I don't think any of the women were so keen on getting a pic taken with him.

There was a line to meet him/get autograph that had to be at least 200 or more women long!

Anyone have any idea what I am lookin’ at besides a sweet ride?

Jock, what you're looking at is a '41 Willys coupe with just a plain ole blown BBC.  I'll have to say not bad...  I suspect that this is an Outlaw Performance clone Willys, as mine was.  This is done as a '41 and mine is done as a '40 and I have most of the stock '40 stainless on the body.

But this is the prerequisite motor to have in a Gasser Willys coupe, a blown 392 Chrysler hemi from the '50s.  This happens to be my ride that I built back in 2000 and sold in 2001 after putting over 16k miles on it.  This included a 23 day 6200 mile trip just the wife and I from Michigan, Bonneville, Yellowstone, Idaho, Lake Tahoe and on to Pleasanton CA for a car show.  Do any of us know what "seller's remorse" is???

This is what it looked like when it was clean.  With 654 hp you can blow a lot of dust off a car like this.

I sure which I had not sold this car, so does my wife...  It was a great ride, 12 sec flat @ 118 mph on street tires.
