They state they have me flagged and that are watching me and my bike very closely now.

I'm sorry man but you're allowing them to get away with bullying you; because they can.  If they spoon feed you such bullchit you need to send them a t-shirt that says you're a Delta Tau Chi rider and Dean Wormer now works for Mother Harley managing the Double Secret Probation warranty department.

It was just suggested to me that I go buy a Fire Suit with the Harley Logo on the back because when the summer hits here in Tucson I will need it with Syn 3 in all 3 holes. I Love my CVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The latest update with BLUU is that they are going to finish up this week with re-ringing pistons and putting motor back together. They will then keep it to put 200 miles on the re-built top end and then give it back to me. From what I understand they found an excessive amount of carbon build-up and oil especially on my front cylinder that was causing the loud clacking on my front cylinder. The Master Tech at the dealer did his measurements on the crank and he believes that it was out of tolerance but there was a disagreement between how he reads the crank being out and the Moco reading the spec's and stating that it is within serviceable limits. With that the only thing they did was hone the cylinders and re-ring them. The Moco has seen an abundance of engine failures in the southwest with large amounts of carbon build-up on top of both cylinders. I was told that they are looking at El Paso gas because all gas that is distributed throughout the Southwest comes out of El Paso. This has something to do with all the additives that they put into the fuels in the winter time. I am now convinced that if I had used a good carbon cleaner on my motor it would have cleaned it up and would have elevated my clacking and pinging. Oh well it sounds like a good story and we will see what BLUU really runs like when I get it back hopefully by the end of this week.

So as 103T would say,

:o Now it's the gas in El Paso? :o

And I assume none of this latest discussion is in writing?

You assumed right!! Another mission to pay them Field Reps!! It kinda falls into the same deal as Amsoil is to good and to Slippery for the 110 motor and that is why Harley recommends the Syn 3. :-\

Actually when I pulled this one down, the top end showed very clean burn, no oil deposits and just a little carbon. About 32000 miles on the bike.

Well with just 6500 miles it was heavier than that with oil build-up.

Well, usually valve guides or rings that didn't seat, or maybe even in upside down, seen that before! :nixweiss:

That must be why Harley want's to do the break-in and then give the bike back to me. Believe me I babied that second engine and did the break-in correctly but the Tech Rep wants the dealer to do break-in.
